After you read the following and what they are doing with my baby grandchild, scroll down to the end to see what they did on their guestbook when I tried to post. (Updates to this post can be seen at the end of it).

These people of the VLPS/rateyoursolicitor sites really are the scum of the earth! They have plumbed the depths with this one. Targeting a baby!

Who, but they, would support threats to a BABY?!

A baby that they are happy to target simply because this innocent child is my baby granddaughter.

She is also the daughter of an American citizen and as we all know, and know well, Americans protect their own with a vengeance and will do their utmost to make sure that no harm comes to them or their children.

As this poster or posters have mentioned a baby, daughter of an American citizen, I am passing on EVERYTHING I have on them to the F.B.I, and asking that they be investigated immediately. This will include their being able to get the full name and address of the poster on the VLPS guestbook directly from the guestbook provider.

The information I pass will also include the proxy IP used by their member who joined an internet forum specifically and solely so they could send me a private message via that forum telling me that they know exactly where my son and his family live in America.

This person should be aware that a proxy IP holds no sway with the F.B.I. as they are one of the only people who can demand a proxy IP provider immediately gives up the actual IP of the person (and therefore their name and address) who took the proxy IP.

The VLPS can remove the posts if they wish ~ I care not. I have every single one saved.

And remember, it was these people who ALLOWED the posts to remain on their guestbook.

I have now spoken to a very high profile American who tells me that the person/s who did the threat on the VLPS guestbook and in messages to me about my baby grandchild can be immediately investigated by the F.B.I. under the Child Welfare Protection Act under sections 14a/b/and probably c.

I tried to ask John Gill to comment on the attack on my grandchild and I got this:

"Temporarily blocked! Access was denied for your network and/or this service. Sometimes our filter functions are wrong, we are sorry if this is the case. Unfortunately we have no additional information about this error message. Please try again in a couple of hours"

CLEARLY Mr. Gill agrees with the attacking of a baby.

UPDATE 15 FEBRUARY 2012

So after just short of TWENTY FOUR HOURS and no posting on their guestbook, let alone a reply to my request to John Gill to answer why he has allowed one of their members, if not more, to target a baby, John Gill does post.

Did he reply and address the matter?

Of course not!

He just went on to bang on about another member of the VLPS, totally ignoring anything about the baby they are targeting.

It did stop the guestbook in their tracks though. Nearly 24 hours without any of them posting. Which tells me one of two things:

1. Their members actually liked seeing John Gill "on the spit" as it were.

OR

2. They aren't posting because future readers of their guestbook will think that the next poster cared less about a baby too.

Or possibly both of the above.

Either way, John Gill must answer and tell me why he supports the targeting of a baby both on their guestbook and by a message sent to me by one of them telling me they know exactly where our son and his family live in America (the message said the state too by the way). I have a copy of the proxy IP used for that message. Which as we know, can be traced now.

This morning (15th February 2012) I have posted the question yet again, half expecting not to be allowed to do so. But I was probably because if they ban me, I will report it back here immediately.

We will wait and see if John Gill answers why they support the targeting of a baby both by allowing posts on their guestbook and by sending messages to me.

Minutes after the above, my post has gone. Deleted, removed, gone! Clearly this is touching a nerve with the VLPS and their heads are fully buried in the sand thinking by ignoring it, it will go away.

UPDATE 15 FEBRUARY 2012

My post is back, sandwiched now between two posts by John Gill who managed to pull his head out of the sand for a moment to get back to his favourite subject: himself and his fight with Damien Tansey. Once again John Gill proves to readers of their guestbook that the only thing of importance is HIM. Forget trying to redeem any shred of credibility the VLPS might have following their support in the targeting a baby, he choses instead to only think of John. It really is all me, me, me with this little man.

As expected, John Gill has totally ignored my requests via their guestbook that he explain how the VLPS can support the targeting of a baby.

What I was a little surprised at, was that one of the only people who seem to be in employment in that group, Joe Ferris (remember him? "a Nurse Lecturer in the University of Ulster, Magee campus" Derry), has too ignored the targeting of a baby, instead deciding that he would post copiously, said posts actually managing to get a dig in to my husband! I find it almost impossible to beleive that a man who obviously has a modicum of intelligence ~ he would have needed some brain power to be as he says "a Nurse Lecturer", would condone the targeting of a baby. Which by his postings show he clearly is.

John Gill and his loyal (and some not so loyal) followers display, at the very least, an extremely cavalier attitude to the law in Ireland.

VLPS GUESTBOOK EXPOSED

I have long known and said that the VLPS/crookedlawyers.com guestbook entries are from a small core group using various names and NOT genuine posters. But what else would anyone expect when the postings on their rateyoursolcitor.com site were mainly by a small band of repeat posters using different names?

And now I have the undeniable proof.~ numerous posters there with the same IP.

Tomorrow I will post the proof.

It will take me hours to actually correlate all these bogus posters into one segment here. Hang in there.

SUNDAY 12TH FEBRUARY 2012

Before you begin, I must warn you that this is a long read with a lot of detail so pour yourself a cuppa before you begin ...

The guestbook on crookedlawyers.com now displays a posters IP address (or the first three sets of digits of the IP address I should say).

This has been done for one of two reasons:

1. The VLPS themselves decided to do this.

2. The guestbook provider FORCED them do it.

Time will tell which of the two are correct.

But, if, after this blog post in which I will expose beyond any shadow of doubt their disingenuous ways, the IP identity of posters on their guestbook disappear or are no longer shown, then it is option 1 above. If it was their own doing, they created a spectacular own goal with that one.

However if they remain, we can only assume that it is option 2 above and their guestbook provider no longer trusts them and is, to say the very least, nervous of the way in which the VLPS conduct themselves on the internet and how they abuse the free guestbook on crookedlawyers.com. Perhaps my VLPS insider texter informed on them?

Now, back to the postings on the guestbook. I looked over the postings there between the dates of the 1st of January 2012 and the 8th of February 2012 (the date I learned the guestbook was still online from my VLPS insider).

There are 379 posts between the 1st of January 2012 and the 8th of February 2012.

Of them 21 are by John Gill (ironically 21 is the number of piano concerti by the great composer Mozart, and 21 posts from John Gill who can't even compose himself, even in his pink shirt and hipster flares).

107 are by Eugene Cafferky, (who seems to spend his time lecturing to no-one given that I suspect most readers of the guestbook, like me, just pass over his rantings).

118 are by the unlucky-in-love and prolific poster, Michael Bradshaw. (You will remember him as the man who canonised John Gill and adoringly called him St. John), although by the look of the guestbook in the past few days he seems to be all out of love for the "hero" he once openly adored). Posted by Michael Bradshaw 10/02/2012 "'Frankies nite Club' come and see Gill 'boppin' in his flared trousers and Ben Sherman shirt , he likes the pinky ones and watch those hipsters move. and dont buy his new book because if it's anything like the last one it must be appalling , did i tell you Gill had sidekick Carraher delivering boxes of his last worst seller to their legal friends in Bray , 'Hinge and Bracket' as they're known in Bray , Hinge and Bracket and no Door". The image of diminutive John Gill boppin' in his flared hipsters and pink shirt is an image many us will now think of when we hear of him. That and the Brillo-pad 'do.

13 are by Joe Ferris (who in his own words is "Nurse Lecturer in the University of Ulster, Magee campus" (Derry) (imagine HIM teaching your kids?!) but whom I think rather fancies himself as a bit of a Rumpole of the Bailey if we look at his favourite turns of speech: "Would the VLPS agree that" and "Could it be argued" (does he prance around his bedroom in a wig and gown in front of a mirror?).

And finally, 6 postings by Sean Carraher who seems to have some sort of major gripe with the Gardai.

So they total 265 posts of the 379 posts we are discussing here. That leaves 114 posts not attributed to them.

First, the IP address. The first digits of any IP address indicates the ISP (internet service provider). If we take those for posters for example here, John Gill's IP address begins with 86 which in Ireland indicates his ISP is eircom. Michael Bradshaw's is 79 which in Ireland indicates that his ISP is Upc. Eugene Cafferky's is 92 which in Ireland indicates his ISP is Hutchinson 3g Ireland. Outside of Ireland (including Northern Ireland) these ISPs will be from other providers. For instance, Joe Ferris has two: one his home one and one his work or mobile. The ISPs in his case are Virgin Media and Talktalk UK. If the second one is not his mobile and is his work then I am not at all sure his bosses would like to know that he uses their computers and time to be doing his VLPS business.

My own IP starts with 93 (vodafone) and NOT the one (82) of the poster on their guestbook using my name and location (31st December 2011).

So that briefly explains about the first two digits of the IP address.

Now on the guestbook, as I said, we have 114 posts from the 1st of January 2012 to the 8th of February 2012 not attributed to the "famous five" (Gill, Cafferky, Bradshaw, Ferris,and Carraher).

Of that 114, 47, yes FORTY SEVEN "posters" have the one IP address. And of those 47, 29 are about me! What else woulld I expect?

That is over 41% of them (luckily I have a husband with a great brain for maths to save me reaching for a calculator to work that out!). Coincidentally my husband was taught maths by two people who are connected, one indirectly and the other very directly, to our case with the Gallaghers. His maths teachers were Fr. Carr, now Parish Priest in Daniel and Elva Gallagher's parish, and Fr. McMahon who inherited and received the gold watch that the Gallaghers wrongly and repeatedly accuse me of stealing ~ MADGE FRIEL'S GOLD WATCH). Small world and all that.

Back to the false poster. The IP of the (forty seven names) poster is 86.159.225. (the last section is not added). This one poster also shows many "locations" too. In alphabetical order, and including the posters "location" where given, but not including the times they posted twice under one of the names ("Holly", "Trina", "Lillian" "Tessa", "Moira" and "Trish"), here are the FORTY ONE names used by this poster:

Averil P (Mayo), Beth (Florida, USA), Charlotte (Cresslough), Crystal (Palm Springs), Cyril (Dub), Deirdre (Dublin), Dick Whiitington, Elizabeth Doyle (Dublin), Eva (Coolard), Ex solicitors wife (Tipp), Felicity, Fred (Dublin), Gina (Stoke-on-Trent), Holly (Clare), Ida Platterman, Leeann (Galway), Leo (Shannon), Lillian (Dublin), Margaret Johnson (Letterkenny), Miss Pimms, Moira (Donegal), P.D. (Donegal Town), Paddy Kinnan, Padraig (Donegal), Petra, Reta (Sunshine state), S.S. (Dublin), Seamus, Sgt Pepper (Manchester), Sheila, Shelf stacker (Letterkenny), Sinead, T.T (Donegal), Taiel Assaf (Ballsbridge, Dublin), Tessa (Dublin), Tom, Tony (Inner city), Trina (Dub), Trish, Victor, AND FINALLY, Willie (Mayo). Note to "Charlotte", Creeslough is not spelled "Cresslough".

Whilst it may be amusing to think that this rampant poster (who by the way, is using eircom as their ISP, a fact eircom might be quite interested in as many of the posts are, predictably, abusive and therefore against eircom's terms of use), it is also a blatant disregard for any genuine visitors to their sites who are searching for guidance or help.

If they can't be trusted to run a guestbook decently and honestly, which we know already from the vile abuse they allow be posted there they can't, but now proof positive that they make up user names to write prolifically on the guestbook, then how on earth could ANYONE trust anything they say or do?

It is just not possible.

And finally, on the subject of their guestbook, this, the first post on their then new guestbook on the 7th of November 2010 at 20:16:07:

In reply to that I would say, firstly, what kind of absolute grade A plonkers run a site and have no copies saved?

TELEPHONE CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES

I have been receiving a lot of text messages from a core insider of the VLPS group. Many of the texts gave "insider" information that only a person very closely linked to them could know.

It all started with a phone call in the very early hours of Christmas Day last which as you can imagine caused a bit of a fright to receive a telephone call so early on Christmas morning. Following that telephone call, I was contacted on numerous occasions thereafter via text messages.

The texts continued over the course of the last six weeks with various snippets of information on the main people involved in the VLPS.

They culminated, after copious texting yesterday, with abusive and very threatening text messages into the very early hours of this morning.

Incidentally, prior to the texts taking a very serious downturn this morning, I had had no intention to post them here.

All the text from the very first one are currently being transcribed and I will add them here shortly.

UPDATE. In the interim, a photo of my (very battered) mobile phone showing a recent text from the VLPS insider to me informing me that despite the High Court Order of Justice Michael Peart (Tansey -v- Gill), the site was still online. NB: Obviously I have blocked out the texters mobile number at the top of the texters post to me.

DAMIEN TANSEY -V- JOHN GILL: IGNORING THE LAW

John Gill (St. John, The Lone Ranger, Dick Turpin) truly is a law unto himself. Despite the Order handed down by Justice Michael Peart (Judge of High Court, Ireland) recently, an Order directing that the websites (rate your solicitor and crooked lawyers) be removed pending the full hearing of the case on the 22nd of February next, John Gill is openly posting away on the crookedlawyers.com guestbook. As are others. And on that guestbook there are a number of posts giving a dotster coded link to rateyoursolicior.com

Firstly, from the Irish Times 2nd February 2012

"In his ruling, Mr Justice Peart said he would grant mandatory injunctions, pending the full hearing of the action, against Mr Gill, Drumline, Newmarket-on-Fergus, Co Clare, and Ms Vogelaar, Parklands, Westport, Co Mayo, requiring them to terminate the operation of the website.

The defendants were also ordered to remove material posted about Mr Tansey on the website and to refrain from publishing further defamatory material about him. They must also deliver up the names and addresses of all those involved in the posting of defamatory material, plus details about those who operated the site."

Now, from the crookedlawyers.com guestbook on the 2nd February 2012 (after the mandatory injunction) and posted by John Gill (at 16:19:37):

"In my absence High Court Micheal Peart gave his Judgment in The High Court in Dublin yesterday 31st day of January 2012.

Judge Micheal Peart did make some skit remarks in relation to me John Gill helping Vulnerable Citizens caught up in Insurance and Medical Fraud; Remarks that were not published in the Irish Independent or The Irish Times news papers today 1/2/2012.

Judge Micheal Peart did not mention the Fact that this Case; Solicitor Damien Tansey V John was brought to an abrupt end and or a sudden end when the TRUTH about Damien Tansey began to Smell all over the Court Room.

Was Judge Micheal Peart scared that I would mention the fact that I was told by Sligo Business people that Judge Micheal Peart was wined and dined by Solicitor Damien Tansey in Sligo.

Go out and get a Copy of the Irish Times and the Irish Independents worped (sp) version of Solicitor Damien Tansey and Barrister Richard Humphreys Defamation Lible and Slander against John Gill which Truth will appear on the Streets of Ireland and the wider World. The un-reported (sp) in this case will be fully exposed.; FAXED to all interested Victims.

So once again Mr. Gill totally ignores the law. The guestbook is up and running and has postings all the way through and up to date, the mandatory injunction being totally ignored. (By the way, this: "In my absence High Court Micheal Peart gave his Judgment in The High Court in Dublin yesterday 31st day of January 2012.". In his absence? In his absence?! Where was he? Outside being clapped on the back by his supporters? Typing up the above? In the gents fashioning his Brillo-pad? HOW on earth could a legal little wig like Mr. Gill miss such an important appearance?).

Back to his posting on the guestbook (after the Judgement of the High Court). His followers will think this shows the strength of the man, other, more rational people, will think it shows the lunacy of the man. In his blind fury, hate, bitterness and absolute belief in himself, substantially caused by the fawning by his four or five most devoted robots and his adoring Elva, he has long since parted company with any rationality he may once have possessed. But you can sort of understand how a stupid person would feel this way given the following post from one his most devoted followers, Michael Bradshaw (posted 1/2/12 at 15:36:28):

"The Entire Case before Mr Justice Michael Peart was 'rigged' from start to finish". (Just what is it with these people and the inappropriate use of capital letters?)

So if things don't go exactly the way these people want, everything is "rigged". Which, when you think about it, sums up the ethos of this group.

John Gill is totally Machiavellian to his core: "cunning, scheming, and unscrupulous, esp. in politics or in advancing one's career" ... and ... "a cunning, amoral, and opportunist person"). and sees only his cause, his needs, his stand on things.

But of course he is not alone as evidenced by other VERY frequent posters on their guestbook, The Gallaghers (John's close friend and almost constant companion, Elva and her jail-bird husband Daniel), Michale Bradshaw (it is he who canonised John Gill naming him St. John ~ how is that for absolute devotion?), Eugene Cafferky and of course, the copy and paste king himself, Joe Ferris. Just whiz through their copious postings and you will see their own gripe again, and again, and again.

Another post highlights John Gill's total lack of control and stupidity and his firm belief that he is beyond the law. Read this and wonder at how any person could be just so sure of his ability and might (albeit misguided) and read too the bordering on insane rantings displaying clear psychopathic traits (psychopath: "one who is: manifested in aggressive, perverted, criminal, or amoral behavior without empathy or remorse").

Regarding these tendencies John Gill displays, I have serious concerns in relation to the fact that these tendencies are ably and passionately supported by Joe Ferris, who is lecturer in nursing ("I have been working as a mental health nurse from September 1969 and at present I am employed as Nurse Lecturer in Mental Health Nursing at University of Ulster, School of Nursing, Magee Campus, L/Derry.").

You will find enclosed Certified copy Judgment of Mr Justice Peart delivered on Tuesday 31st January 2012 ; end of story.

I am now in possession of The Judgment of Judge Micheal Peart without the case being heard, The Judgment also states that I John Gill have no possible chance of winning against Damien Tansey.

This Judgement is a Joke & a Total FRAUD. Full Stop

Judge Micheal Peart did not allow the Case to be Complete.

Judge Micheal Peart brought the Case to an Abrupt end as I John Gill was telling the TRUTH about Damien Tanseys Conduct.

I, asked Judge Micheal Peart for an ORDER for Discovery of Documents and was told to seek Voluntary Discovery and if that failed that he Judge Peart would give me a Court ORDER for Discovery.

The Judgment states that I can not take the Law into my own hands, and explains the Mechanisms available,

I John Gill have availed of the Mechanisms and will produce the Documented Evidence of six months and more with Garda Bureau of FRAUD Investigation Detectives in Shannon Garda Station and Harcourt Street Fraud Detectives, and the Courts; and Judges; Interferred with the findings; The Irish Land Registry Officials,Solicitors and Barristers Forged Documents against Court ORDERS to coverup and Steal my Property.

The Law Society of Ireland aided and abetted Fraud Corruption,Perjury, Forgery, Perverting the Course of Justice, Interferring (sp)with due Process of the Courts.

Judge Micheal Peart refused to take a copy of my book. (Imagine!)

Barrister Richard Humphreys, a Lecturer I believe in Dublin City University is in possession of my book which details many years if Research and Investigation of Fraud and Corruption by Judges,Barristers and Solicitors;

Failed Barristers and Solicitors and may I say Corrupt Baristers (sp) and Solicitors are costing Ireland ; Now the E.C.B. I.M.F. and British Taxpayers Multi-Millions of Euro. with no end in sight.

I, told Judge Micheal Peart on day one of my Court Hearing that I had written a book and had named Thirty Three Judges in my Book.

Judge Micheal Peart told me John Gill and The Court that he Judge Micheal Peart did not want to be the Thirty Fourth Judge Named.

Judge Micheal Peart I, believe was forced by the Combined Barristers Union and The Law Society of Ireland at a meeting behind closed doors that he Judge Micheal Peart had to toe the line & was bound by the Secret Oath and not by the Law and The Irish Constitution or The European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms; I.E. THE LAW OF THE JUNGLE. The world is listening and watching and I am waiting for Judge Micheal Peart to give me an ORDER for Discovery of Documents which is vital to the successful Conclusion of this case.

THE TERMINATED JOHN GILL

There he was, gone! And whooshing off the internet attached to his coat tails, are the vile sites he ruled over like some latter day crazed dictator.

It seems that John Gill (aka St. John, aka The Lone Ranger, aka Dick Turpin) has gone. Or at least his websites RateYourSolicitor.com and CrookedLawyers.com have. Following a High Court injunction in a case of defamation taken by Sligo based Solicitor Damien Tansey against John Gill and others, Justice Michael Peart has ordered injunctions requiring the sites be closed.

From The Irish Times (2 February 2012):

"In his ruling, Mr Justice Peart said he would grant mandatory injunctions, pending the full hearing of the action, against Mr Gill, Drumline, Newmarket-on-Fergus, Co Clare, and Ms Vogelaar, Parklands, Westport, Co Mayo, requiring them to terminate the operation of the website.

From the above article: "They must also deliver up the names and addresses of all those involved in the posting of defamatory material". This, I (and no doubt many others) await the outcome of with great interest and if it comes to fruition, the gates to many people being sued will be swung wide open.

At last we are to get the names and addresses of those who posted vile postings!

Some of us know exactly who posted various posts, under various pseudonyms, but it will be interesting to have this confirmed and to see for definite who the others are. At last we are to get the names and addresses of those who posted vile postings and they in turn will have to put their money where their mouths are!

But back to The Terminated, John Gill, formerly St. John, The Lone Ranger & Dick Turpin. Can you just imagine the writhings, rantings and screams of the now shut up John Gill over the "injustice" of it all (think vampire splashed with Holy Water if you will).  How he could represent himself and lose so badly?  Which, in fairness, would not be the first time he has failed so dismally ... in fact he has NEVER WON, EVER. His delusions as to his ability on the law knows no bounds ~ any man who has managed to land not only himself in jail but some of his band of followers he gave his legal advice to, proves that. He is probably currently blowing steam from all orifices at yet another "injustice". He will be like an Alka Seltzer dropped into a glass of water.

And oh, the irony. The platforms he set up from which he could be a little tin god have melted at his own hands and because of .  him. In truth, he never gave a damn for anyone else and clearly only used the sites to beat his own drum, which he did very loudly (think empty vessels).

Evidence of his indifference to others and his total disinterest in anyone but himself is clearly evidenced in a youtube clip they put up to advertise the dead horse of a tome he is flogging, where John Gill can be seen very clearly seen leaning over to his close friend and, pre Ms. Chrysanthemum, constant companion, Elva Gallagher, asking her the name of the Judge in her case.

This is one of his most devoted followers, one who has been at his side almost constantly for many years now. You rarely see one without the other, more so in fact than we ever hear of or see Mrs. Gallagher and her jailbird husband, Daniel, together.

If you can put up with that absolutely appalling filming and sound, watch the clip to see what I mean HERE. I must warn you that it is mind numbingly tedious to watch and suggest to circumvent your losing the will to live watching it, you hit the pause button and go back when it is fully loaded and click along the bar at the bottom of the clip to the times I have added below here.

You will see it at 9:26 (if you look to the bottom left of the clip you will see the time running).

Along the way to that clip, as Mr. Gill mumbles almost incoherently to a crowd of oh, at least thirty, Mrs. Gallagher possibly attempting to change his batteries to speed things up at 3:00 on the clip.  I wonder who gave him the bonk on the head that had him appear in public with a dirty big bandage wrapped around his little noggin, emphasising his Brillo pad style 'do?

Were Mrs. Gallagher not totally in his thrall, or even if she was and had even one shred of dignity, surely she should have got up at that point and excused herself from the top table?  He seems to engender that slavish following among a small group of people, many of them women of a certain age.

Of course now his voice on the internet is hushed, nay ceased, will these devoted little people be able to adore him so well and freely? Will they build shrines throughout the country to St. John, the Lone Ranger and now The Terminated? Will there be much gnashing of gums and weeping and wailing as they tear their hair out (those who have hair)?

Will anyone other than the devoted twenty or something of his devoted followers even bother that The Terminated is terminated?

I doubt it. Good bye and good riddance and don't let the door hit you on the way out is more likely.

VLPS GUESTBOOK

Have to laugh. Despite these people purporting to support free speech, they block me from commenting on their guest book. Why? Well, God forbid anyone landing on their site should have any link to the truth.

But what made me laugh more tonight was the fact I did actually get putting comments there. For about five minutes. And then they realised it was me, posting the truth and each post I put was deleted.

But really, what sort of site is so scared shitless of the truth? Let me think. Clearly theirs.

Maybe it was my reference to a certain "saint" being in the same town as the Braying "ex-model"? Dumpsville. Word reached me about a certain marriage break up and whilst marriage break ups are not good, sometimes a wife has to do what wife has to do.

Still, might leave a said "saint" even more time to devote to a jailbird's wife or a flowery woman?

INTERESTING POINT: One thing their removing my comments within five minutes proves is that their guestbook is monitored, and thoroughly at that. This takes away ANY argument they might try to dredge up in defence of defamation posted there ~ THEY ACTIVELY NOT ONLY ALLOW IT, BUT ENCOURAGE IT.

"She" continually castigates me as a holiday home owner and yet this person seems not to exist.

There is NO-ONE in Dunkineely called Margaret O'Kane.

Google for bed and breakfast in Dunkineely and you will come up with nothing.

Margaret O'Kane in one post, defending my saying there was no such bed and breakfast owner, said something like 'oh, I must have been running a dog kennel for the past 20 years'. Dog kennel, run by a female? I hesitate to as that that would be a bitch.

But here's the deal.

If you, Margaret O'Kane, are real then let's meet face to face.

You (clearly) know who I am and where I live.

To you I throw down the challenge.

BREEDING PUPS

I noticed a post their cesspit site (vlps/crookedlawyers.com) saying I was running a puppy farm, breeding pups for sale.

This is just another of their nasty lies.

1. We have NEVER bought a pup from a puppy farm nor a pet shop.

2. All the dogs we have had were bought as pups from reputable breeders whom we had checked out at length prior to purchasing. By checking out, we made sure that they were Kennel Club (either Irish or British) registered, not because that is a total safety valve, but rather that we could see how many litters they had bred from their dogs and how regularly.

3. We have had many pedigree dogs over the years and have NEVER bred as much as one pup. My opinion is that there are far too many dogs in the world as it is and that is the reason I have never had our dogs bred. And believe me, were I the type to do it, I would have made quite a sum of money as they were all expensive dogs.

4. We have never even allowed our male pedigree dogs to be used at stud. Our Shar-Pei at the time could have earned £800 per breeding and although we were asked by owners in Galway to use our dog, we refused because we a) did not buy our Shar-Pei to make money and b) as stated previously there are far too many puppies being bred.

5. Our dog now is an English Bull Terrier and we have had him now for over seven years. We had him neutered when he was a few months old despite the fact that he could be used at stud as an adult for up to £1,000 a time.

So, no, we have never had a puppy farm and have never bought from one, and more, have never even seen a puppy farm (other than TV progs. of course).

But just another example of the hate campaign and lies against us on their cesspit sites.

THE STUPID LIES

I know their cesspit sites (rateyoursolictor and crookedlawyers/vlps) are packed with lies but some of them are more stupid than others. Take the following examples:

"Breaking the law seems to run in the McGynn family. I watched the officer of the Court and his accomplice wife down a bottle of alcoholic wine and jump behind the steering wheel of their car and drive into the sunset narrowly escaping the Polestar Roundabout in Letterkenny, Ireland. Clearly they think they are above the drink driving laws of Ireland too."

This post is wrong on so many levels, most importantly the idea that the poster, supposedly a waiter in a local restaurant, would watch customers "down a bottle of alcoholic wine and jump behind the steering wheel of their car" and instead of suggesting a taxi before they did so, or had they failed to, called the gardai to report it, thought: "first thing tomorrow I must post this on a cesspit website?" It doesn't say much about the morals of this poster (were he genuine).

Incidentally, at the date of that post and with a meal over the course of 2 hours such a driver would not have been over the legal limit.But the truth of the matter is that we NEVER take the car if we are having drinks with a meal. A taxi in Letterkenny is only €5 to the restaurant and €5 home. Would anyone really risk an accident or losing their licence for the sake of TEN EURO? Hardly!

And further, at the date of that post we had been out in Letterkenny restaurants on only three occasions in the previous year so I know which restaurants they were and I know the owners and staff who would not have posted such a thing as they ALL know we ALWAYS take taxis.

But ALL that apart, the one thing that shows that this poster is not genuine and has absolutely NO idea of the layout of Letterkenny let alone work here is this:

Letterkenny town, where the restaurants are located is the the EAST of the Polestar Roundabout.

As everyone (except this poster) knows, the sun sets in the west.

It would therefore be IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to drive into the sunset driving from Letterkenny town to the Polestar Roundabout.

And another ridiculous poster:

"cathrine Mcglynn yet again reversed onto the public road this morning almost killing me and my children! This is a contravention of the Highway code and in breech of the law! Once again she disregards the laws of Ireland. Al other UK drivers adhere to the laws of this country why shouldn't she."

Leaving aside the lack of punctuation and misspellings, clearly this poster is lying. And how do I (and every single person who knows me) know this for a 100% fact?

I DO NOT DRIVE. I can drive but haven't driven in many, many years and I have never driven the car we have now (and have had for a number of years) EVER. And I never drove any of at least the last three cars we have owned.

These people who own and write posts on the sites really need to get at least simple facts right. I know they know nothing about the law but simple things like the sun rises in the east and sets in the west is surely something very basic and not above even their, albeit limited, intelligence

Their limited intelligence is a problem for those people they are advising (payment in cash, tax free don't forget) would be unfortunate enough (especially for those who took their advice and landed in jail) but it also allows the readers of their cesspit sites who know they are lying a laugh at the irony of their (stolen from the Joe Duffy show according to their site) "You Can Never Improve On The Truth".

The quote by Noam Chomsky explains why they lie: "It is the responsibility of intellectuals to speak the Truth and expose lies."

Using lack of intelligence as a mitigating factor, perhaps they are excused their lies, because, let's face it, between them they scarcely have enough brain power to power a small torch.

I just noticed something on the VLPS/crookedlawyers.com website that I think anyone considering entering their "chat room" should seriously consider the following prior to entering there.

Do you trust these people?

Do you mind if they can, by your using their chat room ~ even just to look at it ~ enter YOUR computer? Maybe collect information from your computer? Perhaps install software on your computer without your consent?

If the answer to any of these is 'no', as it should be given that you may have private information such as bank details, passwords, and so on stored there, then do not enter there.

How do I know this?

Simple really. If, on their homepage, you scroll down the list of option (Contents) to click on, you will see near the bottom this:

"Chat with other users of this site" (Inviting you to join in chat or read things written there).

If you click on this, this alone comes up:

"This chat application requires Java support."

Absolutely NO warning about their using Active-X, which should be there to let YOU decide if you trust these people. Hardly surprising they don't bother to warn you I suppose.

By the way, you will know they use Active-X if you have adequate protection on your computer as a pop-up blocker will appear which gives you the following information:

Dear Truth

Of course they are all victims of John Gill. But the site has not been taken control of by him, the site is owned, run and more importantly, controlled by him.

John Gill (aka St. John, The Lone Ranger, Dick Turpin), with his friend and close companion, Elva Gallagher, only really want to bang, albeit impotently, their own drums. They care not a jot about other members there other than to take a few quid off them (tax free of course).

Sadly, there are people out there who are innocent enough to actually think this little man can do anything for them. Well, other than land a few of them in jail ~ himself included ~ that is.

John Gill has got exactly nowhere in his own quest to right what he perceives as wrongs against him and now he has the added bother of someone pursuing him for his slanderous rantings. His cup positively overflows.

But he is not totally alone. He always has constant companion and close friend Elva (wife of Daniel Gallagher) but he also has a few "birds of a feather" around him.

People, some of whom are almost illiterate (as evidenced by their writings on his guestbook), and people too who will jump on any bandwagon going to tear others apart ~ as long, of course, as they have the anonymity of the internet and a screen in front of them.

These people, his little band of followers, worship the ground he prances around on as he continues his quest for victory, old, saggy, wrinkly thing by his side (I refer here not to his close friend and constant companion Elva, but rather, his large satchel) over every person and every organisation that ever slighted him in any way. The fact that some of these slights may be figments of his florid imagination is neither here nor there to John Gill.

He is a little man with many big chips scattered between and on both shoulders and a little man who will not give up, driven as he is by his own demons, and cheered on by said band of followers. Some of whom are starting to wonder exactly what they got into when they first believed his diatribes.

But "a nasty, scruffy, horrible little bully"? Well, people can make up their own minds on whether that is a close despcription of him or not.

I tend to think of him as a sad, little man to whom both life and mother nature have dealt some hard blows and because of these he can no longer think, speak nor work with any semblence of rationality.

WHO'S A NAUGHTY BOY?

My husband, that's who.

Unlike me, my husband is normally very even tempered and well mannered. However, recently he was a very naughty boy and I just LOVE him to bits for being so naughty.

After years of ridiculous court appearances in relation to the flogging of a dead horse by Elva Gallagher, and her constant companion and close friend, John Gill (aka St. John, The Lone Ranger, and Dick Turpin), oh and her husband, the much jailed, Daniel, he finally got frustrated with their carry on and he flicked a V at Daniel (he's the husband, not the close companion and friend).

HURRAH! GO SEAN!

I would have done it long ago, but then I am not at all as nice as he.

So, what happened?

In Letterkenny court (High Court on Circuit) recently, and after the Judge had given his decision, Daniel Gallagher (the husband, not the close companion and friend) kept talking at Sean. Sean got annoyed at Daniel's ridiculous behaviour and his loss of the run of himself, and gave him the V.

This threw Daniel into a total tail-spin and he started spluttering and yelling at the Judge whilst pointing to Sean "HE MADE A RUDE GESTURE TO ME!!!". (Not half rude enough in my opion). It was straight from some comedy sketch.

Daniel, the man shocked by a rude gesture, who not more than a number of months ago came to our office with his wife and threatened physical violence, only leaving when the threat of the gardai being called was told to him.

The man too who has refused for the last five years to vacate lands to which he is clearly not entitled, despite several court orders.

And this man and his wife (Elva, the close companion and friend of John Gill) have the cheek to say my husband has no respect for the law?

My husband has every respect for the law but none whatsover for the likes of Daniel and Elva Gallagher who totally ignore it and abuse it.

A LITTLE KNOWLEDGE IS INDEED A DANGEROUS THING

Elva Gallagher, close friend of John Gill (aka St. John, The Lone Ranger and Dick Turpin) and the “legal representative” of Daniel Gallagher as she calls herself should really not be listened to by anyone seeking any kind of legal advice. Yes, there is the matter of the legal advice dispensed from a trailer in their garden ~ in cash, tax free like John Gill ~ but even with an “office” this woman knows zilch about the law.

Why? Well, apart from the fact that her lack of legal knowledge has landed her husband in jail a number of times, and apart from the fact that her lack of legal knowledge has clocked up and continues to clock up one massive amount of money in costs, court fines, etc. on her husband, one of the things John Gill’s close friend, Elva, is very fond of doing is delivering self penned summonses. And even something as simple of that manages to make a pig’s ear of.

I was sitting in our car recently, in our own private parking area outside our house, waiting for Sean to come to the car as we were going out when all of a sudden the driver’s door opened and two envelopes were thrown into the car by a small, dark haired (heavily dyed dark hair I might add) woman in an old raincoat coat with the words “I am serving these summonses on you”. I was rather taken aback and as this is the first time I have ever seen her I didn't recognise her but the word "summons" let me know who she was.
So, apart from having the cheek to trespass on our property, with who I assumed to be her husband sitting revving their car our gate presumably for a hasty get-away, she once again proved her total inability to understand even the basics of law.

So, Elva, close friend of John Gill, for your future information when serving summons (because sadly I feel all too sure that her obsession with us will continue despite her futile quest to prove herself right in her persistent battle to get her hands on the land of the late Madge Friel, and no matter how many times her husband lands in jail because of her, she will continue) here’s what you did wrong.

ORDER 9 OF THE SUPERIOR COURT RULES requires PERSONAL service on each defendant which requires that each defendant be handed a true copy of the summons personally AND each defendant MUST be shown the original summons with the original stamp of the High Court.

Therefore the service is ineffective.

So, Elva, close friend of John Gill, sort it out you silly woman!

THE LONE RANGER OR DICK TURPIN?

It seems St. John, The Lone Ranger may not be as saintly as his adoring fans ( for adoring fans read John Gill himself and his companion, Elva Gallagher) tell people via their two sites (victims of the legal profession exposed/crooked lawyers and rate your solicitor ~ which are one and the same. From the Irish Independent of the 10th November 2005:

"A group calling itself Victims of the Legal Profession Society (VLPS) has purchased the domain name rate your solicitor .com"

But because of recent information received, I am seriously considering changing his name from The Lone Ranger to Dick Turpin.

Why?

This registered bankrupt is charging a hefty fee for his "wisdom". In cash.

The fee John Gill is charging is €250 per hour!

Yes, you read that correctly. TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY CASH AN HOUR.

Not bad for a man who has not an iota on matters legal. (Remember how many people he has advised, which advice when taken has earned them visits to our jails?).

Back to the fee Dick Turpin, St. John, The Lone Ranger is charging.

If he "worked" a standard 39 hour week this would yield him a massive €9,750 a week.

NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY FOR 39 HOURS WORK.

In cash. Tax free.

Which for a month of our 5 day weeks would be €39,000.

Which would yield an annual income of €468,000 ~ nearly HALF A MILLION EURO!

But for the sake of fairness, let's say he only works half a week ~ nineteen and a half hours.

In a half week he would earn €4,875.

In a month that would be €19,500.

And the annual income, working only half a week for each week of the year, would earn him €234,000. CASH. TAX FREE.

If John Gill "worked" for one year (earning at €250 an hour for a 39 hour week, €468,000) he would be earning €268,000 more than the Taoiseach, Enda Kenny. And, unlike John Gill/Dick Turpin, Enda Kenny will be heavily taxed on his earnings.

Nice work if you can get it.

JUDGE JOHN O'HAGAN

Drama and intrigue! "stains his robes". "bear the sins of a solicitor". Shakespear must be turning in his grave!

But seriously, given the fact that another judge, Judge Edwards of the High Court, has upheld the decision of Judge John O'Hagan, and that another judge of the High Court held against Daniel and Elva Gallagher AGAINST Sean and Catherine McGlynn, is it even remotely possible that Mr. McGlynn as suggested has something on every single judge in Ireland?

This alone shows how ludicrous their entire site actually is.

I was googling 'the Bog Hotel' the other day prior to our intended visit to it and came across this by "Joe Ferris" which is more than likely just another nom de plume of St. John, The Lone Ranger:

Did you ever read such a heap of sanctimonious drivel? What is wrong with these old curmudgeons, sitting on their tinfoil thrones trying to tear others apart? They don't appear to have one pleasant thought in their vacuous heads. Where do they get off tearing people they don't even know apart? What business is it of theirs what Patsy Brogan does or does not do? He won the case fairly and squarely. Mind you, the fact he used an actual solicitor probably doesn't sit well with them.

Perhaps they should get out more, live a little, speak to people who have a life and have happy thoughts. Maybe even take a trip to the Bog Hotel themselves. The difference between them and the lovely visitors I was chatting to on our visit to the bog hotel, all laughing and having fun, is so huge it is sad.

PERSONAL ATTACKS

On crooked lawyers and rate your solicitor, I notice that I (Catherine McGlynn) feature extensively. The posters (aka John Gill and his tiny band of decrepid sychophantic followers) feel the need to make the most ridiculous personal comments about me.

Surely if these people are supposed to be working for people who have genuine concerns or complaints about the legal profession they should be concentrating their efforts on trying to resolve those concerns and complaints rather concentrating their time on personal attacks? But a lot of us know that helping people is not their main concern, their main concern is to grind their own particular axe.

They post things about me such 'as her glistening dentures', something that actually made me smile. Why? The word 'glistening'. I have all my own teeth, not a denture in sight (or in mouth for that matter) and to think one of these people noticed I have glistening teeth is very nice. Thank you.

They also say things like 'in her mid to late 50's'. What can I say ~ they should have gone to Specsavers.

Oh, and the ones that make me laugh most of all? Comments about my ability as a photographer. First, I am of course not a professional photographer ~ it is my passion. Someone (John, his companion, or one of their sychophants) said 'blurry' photos. I have discarded more excellent photos as not been good enough than any of The Lone Ranger's Little Folk will ever manage to take in their combined lifetimes. They even said the credits people have posted about my photos were posted by me under various names. My photos on flickr have been viewed by (currently) 19,407 people and commented on by many of those. In reality who on earth (or at least who with a modicom of intelligence) could imagine even I could manage all that! THE LONE RANGER HAS BEEN CANONISED!

I took a little visit to the crooked laywers site recently and I can honestly say I haven't laughed so much in a long time.

It turns out that 'The Lone Ranger' has been canonised. I kid you not, posters on their guest book refer to him as 'St. John' and give him acolades such as "If John can't get it done, no-one can". Well, clearly no-one can get whatever "it" is done, since The Lone Ranger is a bit of a disaster himself ~ a registered bankrupt and a jailbird, having spent time behind bars recently as a guest of the State.

The site is bursting with a) John Gill posting under various names; b) his little handful of faithful followers posting under various names; and c) a combination of a and b here posting sychophantic slurry, tickling the feathers of their hero ~ St. John, The Lone Ranger of County Clare. (And don't forget folks, this bankrupt wants YOUR money "so any donations will be very welcome indeed. Please send to Mr John Gill, Drumline, Newmarket-on-Fergus, Co. Clare.").

WOULD YOU LET YOUR ELDERLY HUSBAND GO TO JAIL?

Think about it. Would you want an elderly relative to go to jail? Would you stand back and see your elderly husband go to jail? Would you stand back and allow your grandfather or father to go to jail? I think not.

But today in Carrick on Shannon Elva Gallagher let her elderly husband go to jail. AGAIN. And for the THIRD time. And why? Well to futher her inflated self importance.

Although Elva and her pensioner supporters arrived on time, her elderly (and according to them, sickly) husband was not there. No, she knew he had to be there by order of the Court in Letterkenny last week but rather than travelling together she chose to engage the services and expense of the State yet again to bring Daniel to Court. But then SHE wasn't expecting to go to jail.

Daniel did arrive eventually, having been escorted by the Gardai from his home in Donegal and guess what? he was committed to prison for two weeks. I'm sure his wife wasn't surprised. She never has been.

It was notable today that the self appointed 'Lone Ranger' (for those who don't know, that is John Gill who swore an Affidavit saying he believed he was the Lone Ranger) was not present today as he was indisposed. No, not Swine flu, rather he chose the wrong words or attitude in the High Court in Dublin last week as a result of which he was found himself in contempt of court (what's new?) and was sent to jail.

So today Elva walks around like the old queen bee amongst her followers whilst her elderly huband is taken away to jail and her very best and closest friend John Gill too is in jail. Femme fatal or what?

So who do you feel sorry for?

THE HALL OF SHAME

rateyoursolicitor.com and their sister site crookedlawyers.com came up with the idea of a Hall of Shame. Clearly the idea was for them to use it as a batton to beat anyone who crossed them.

Basically The Hall of Shame lists:
- Solicitors
- Barristers
- Judges
- And ANYONE else who John Gill of the VLPS and his friends decide to deride and award with an AVOID rating ~ repeatedly. And under various names.

It is a great place for these obsessed people to vent their spleen. And oh boy do they do vent with a vengence! Truth and facts are immaterial, all that is need is an axe to grind, actively encouraged by rateyoursolicitor.com.

Indeed the front page of rateyoursolicitor.com (25th of November 2008) says:

"A rating should be based on your own experience, or that of your company.There are four possible ratings:: Poor: Average: Good

Here are some guidelines to help you decide if an AVOID rating is justified:
* Did your solicitor wrongfully hold onto your files or papers?
* Did your solicitor wrongfully misappropriate money or property belonging to you?
* Is your solicitor untruthful and guilty of dishonest and dishonourable conduct?
* Do you believe that your solicitor does not carry on his/her practice in a professional and competent manner?
* Has your solicitor altered, distorted or suppressed legal documents?
* Did your solicitor commit or attempt to commit fraud or probate a fraudulent Will?
* Did your solicitor commit or attempt to commit an act which would attract a prison sentence if perpetrated by a lay person?"
They obviously prefer to encourage negativity and AVOID ratings.

Now let's take our (Sean McGlynn & Co.) entry into the Hall of Shame to prove the way they work.

First, a posting by John Gill, trumpeting about our being in their Hall of Shame, dated the 15th of November 2008:

"I see those lowest of lowlife trying to defend their conspiracy to defraud, perjury, theft of property, abuse of the system, low moral and ethical standards. How can these Liars and Thieves sleep at night? How low can a human being crawl? What kind of upbringing did they have, have they any sense of shame or decency at all? When are they going to wake up to the fact that they are in the Hall of Shame, do they not realise that the whole world is watching and waiting for the demise of the last bastion of the Black-n-Tans, the lowest of low life."

Of course, true to form, John Gill slips in and out of rateyoursolicitor.com (as he does on their sister site, crookedlawyers.com) to change his posts at will, as evidenced here with the above post originally reading:

Now to our AVOID LISTINGS

The listings on Sean McGlynn & Co., Letterkenny, County Donegal, has 187 postings (it runs to 32 pages of hard copy).

The AVOID postings (which these people actively encourage) total 154

- AVOID postings by various 'branches' of the VLPS = 38

- AVOID postings by John Gill, using his own name = 24

- AVOID postings by Daniel Gallagher = 2

- AVOID postings are by people who claim to have been clients = 8
NOT ONE of these HAVE EVER BEEN clients of Sean McGlynn & Co.

- And the balance of the AVOID postings are made up of people posting under such names as

'AIB corner, Ploughing Championships' (7th October 2007) who said:

"Tis a long way from Killarney to Dublin Four Courts, you will have our support on the 8th of Oct, God willing. Tis past time someone took a stand against our new Black n Tans, the Cromwellian forces of the new century, fair play to you."

Does that post remind us of the posts of John Gill who constantly brings up the Black and Tans, no doubt a rather puerile and very unsubtle dig at their idea that I am English and Sean is Irish. (See John Gill's post above dated 15th of November 2008).
So, 100% ~ ONE HUNDRED PERCENT ~ of our AVOID postings are generated by the VLPS, John Gill, Daniel Gallagher, non-existent 'clients' and people not connected at all with the case and unknown to us.
What does that tell the readers of rateyoursolicitor.com?
Simply, it tells us that the whole thing is an absolute farce and riddled with lies.
AND FOR THE INFORMATION OF rateyoursolicitor.com ~ Try to at least get SOME of your basic facts right (the lies we have come to expect):

1. I am not English. Posters under various names keep repeating this non-fact as if it were an insult to me. Is being English a bad thing? Because you are clearly throwing this at me as if you think it is an insult to be English. And in so doing you insult all English people. Racism? I think so. Not exactly good PR. But then they do have John Gill as their PRO.

2. Brendan McGlynn, Auctioneer, is not Sean McGlynn's brother.

All of the above proves that these people are not above lies in the postings ~ if indeed proof was needed. And if I have been able, with little effort, to prove it in our case then it has the knock on effect of indicating that others with many AVOID postings may, and indeed probably, have been subject to the same lies.

Our Taoiseach (Prime Minister) Brian Cowan has invited the 44th President of the United States of America, Barack Obama, to visit his ancestral home in County Offaly, Ireland.

I really hope that Mr. Obama does not run into John Gill and the members of the Victims of the Legal Profession (VLPS) whilst here. Imagine if they could persuade Mr. Obama to fight for the rights to his ancestral home?

Does that sound ridiculous? Of course it does!

Every bit as ridiculous as Daniel and Elva Gallagher claiming the land owned by the late Mrs. Madge Friel is their ancestral home. (Sean McGlynn and Catherine McGlynn -v- Daniel Gallagher and Charles Gallagher). At least Daniel Gallagher's brother, Charles Gallagher, recognises the fact that there is no claim and has from an early stage indicated this to Sean and Catherine McGlynn.

Further, Elva Gallagher has absolutely no connection whatsoever with the said property, and Daniel Gallagher was not born there. Nor was his father, Anton Gallagher, and nor indeed was Anton Gallagher's father. And how can he, Daniel Gallagher, or anybody, honestly believe that this man Daniel Gallagher can have a better entitlement to the land of Madge Friel (he has never disputed that the land belonged to Madge Friel) than her nephews and nieces, her nearest next of kin who are rightfully entitled to the lands and have a far closer connection to the lands than Daniel Gallagher or any of his family. Remember that Daniel Gallagher is the son of Anton Gallagher who was a first cousin of Madge Friel and that makes Daniel Gallagher a second cousin which in terms of next of kin is far removed from nephews and nieces.

The right to any ancestral home claimed by Daniel and Elva Gallagher is every bit as remote as any link Barack Obama may have with any ancestral home in County Offaly. The only difference being, Mr. Obama is intelligent enough to know that.

MADGE FRIEL'S GOLD WATCH

THE GOLD WATCH

This was a beautiful solid 14 carat gold gentleman's hob watch and chain. It was held in Madge Friel's safety deposit box in the Ulster Bank, Letterkenny, and was never seen by either myself of my husband until I, as one of the Executors of Mrs. Friel's Will, collected it AFTER her death.

The watch was in it's original box together with the original recipt dated 15th of August 1896. At that time I took a photograph of the watch, it's box and the original receipt::

From the Affidavit of Daniel Gallagher dated 2nd of July 2007:

4. Father McMahon P.P. Termon never got his gold watch before he died

THE TRUTH:

Fr. McMahon died on the 5th of February 2006. He collected the watch in person in our office on the 31st of January 2002. FOUR YEARS BEFORE HE DIED.

I rang Fr. McMahon following Madge Friel's death to inform him that Mrs. Friel had left him her gold watch. Fr. McMahon duly called to our offices to collect said watch. I had him sign for same and here is the receipt:

Further, upon subsequently hearing of the accusations of the Gallaghers in this matter I telephoned the Bishops secretary in Letterkenny to find out who the Executors of Fr. McMahon's Will were.

He told me that the Rt. Rev. Monsignor Daniel Carr, Parish Priest, St. Johnston, County Donegal, and Fr. McMahon's nephew, an accountant in Dublin were the Executors. My husband and myself then visited Monsignor Carr who in turn contacted the nephew of Fr. McMahon who wrote to confirm that the watch had been in the home of Fr. McMahon when he went to clear the house following his uncle's death.

Further, Monsignor Carr who was very familiar with Fr. McMahon's signature having worked with him for many years, confirmed that the signature on the above receipt was definately that of Fr. McMahon.

The case of the gold watch of Mrs. Friel is but one example of the many lies of Daniel and Elva Gallagher, all of which will be exposed by me on this blog in due course.

It can only be one of 2 things Mr. Gill either lied then and asked for donations even though he did not own the site or lied subsequently, particularly during the Jayne Maguire case ~ from RTE News: "Mr Gill denies being responsible for the site.".

But then of course, they change direction again. From crookedlawyer.com 4th of October 2006:

"The RYS management has noted Mr. John Gill's appeal to have the original remarks posted in this place about Ms Jayne Maguire, barrister, removed in order to stop his continued harassment by Irish lawyers. This harassment is completely uncalled for, as RYS is a completely independent organization without any legal ties whatsoever to the VLPS, and neither Mr. Gill nor any other members of the VLPS committee have ever had any knowledge of or influence on RYS policies."

But then from rateyoursolicitor.com 26th of April 2006:

"If you have a longer story that you would like to make public, consider being published in the Case Histories on our sister site, CrookedLawyers.com"

But then on tcal.net on the 17th of September 2006, a poster calling him or herself 'Stella', whos name when clicked links directly back to crookedlawyer.com says:

"The link to this article is www.crookedlawyers.com. Please note that rateyoursolicitor.com does not belong to victims of the legal profession, it is a link upon their website. How can John Gill be held or amde (sic) accountable for public opinion. If you want the real stroy it is simple the legal profession are looking for a way to close down the web site, www.crookedlawyers.com, because of the implications of the evidence on those web pages, and how they expose the corruption in Ireland- we cannot let this happen as it has impact on the media as well!!!But interestingly, if you had hit 'Contact Us' link on the rateyoursolicitor.com site on the 26th of April 2006, it would take you to ... yes, that's right, the Contact page on crookedlawyers.com and John Gill's contact details!

Mr. Gill and the VLPS mantra is: You Can't Improve on the Truth.

What is the truth?

RATE YOUR SOLICITOR/CROOKED LAWYERS

I suppose the idea for the site rateyoursolcitor.com, where people could award a solicitor with stars for good work and less stars for what they considered not so good work thereby allowing potential clients to view the rating of a solicitor prior to engaging him or her, was a reasonable idea.

In theory that would have been fine. However, the site, rate your solicitor, has now sunk into one of the most disgusting places on the net simply because it is run in a totally unprofessional manner where posters are allowed to post the most gratuitous, nasty, and personal comments about anyone in the legal profession. Perhaps they should consider changing the site name to slateyoursolicitor.com?

A selection of comments and inuendo about members of the legal profession allowed on that site, which comments and inuendo have absolutely nothing to do with the persons ability as a lawyer:

"... is a serial criminal full stoip (sic), and my family has the scars to prove it...pure venim!

"and car park activities after company nights"

"what a wagon"
"...isn't it a pity that all solicitors have skeletons in their cupboards..."
"... stay out of those 5 * hotels for your liaisons!!"
"spends most of his days drinking and chasing women in local lap dancing club"
"He drives around town in a large Mercedes looking like lord muck of the manor, at the same time shafting and sticking the two fingers up to the ordinary law abiding citizen."

And some absolutely appalling comments from their sister site, crookedlawyers.com's guest book:
"In India throwing Acid in someone (sic) face is perfectly acceptable means of figting (sic) crime. Ireland needs a similar method." This appeared on their guestbook on the 10th September 2006 and is still there as at the 12th of November 2008.
"... the best way to get my point across is to kidnapp (sic) and torture crooked Solicitors. I find that to be the best method to deal with these Rats." This appeared on their guestbook on the 7th of September 2006 and is still there as at the 12th of November 2008.
"In America if a Solicitor/Lawyer stole from a client he or she would be hunted down and killed and then the client would then commit suicide." This appeared on their guestbook on the 10th of July 2006 and is still there as at the 12th of November 2008.
And as one poster rightly posted after reading some of the vile comments:
"After reading some of the comments I would believe that being a Solicitor in Ireland now is one of the most dangerous professions."
These sites allow anyone to add comments without any check being made on the poster. They allow people to lie freely and anonymously, for instance on our listing rateyoursolicitor.com (we're the only solicitors office in Donegal who have made their ridiculous 'Hall of Shame' due entirely to false postings by John Gill in various guises I suspect (more of which anon), the names added to the derogatory postings are unknown to us. They are not, and never have been, clients of our office.
I also know for an absolute fact that one person in particular tried on seven consecutive nights to post a non derogatory comment pointing out the inadequacies of their site along the lines of how they are demeaning ligitimate cases of complaint by their infantile bashing postings. This comment was never allowed to appear on their site.
Apart from them being nasty people, they are now listing The Irish Time, The Irish Independent, and the Tanaiste, Mary Coughlan. Since when did any of those supply legal advice? Perhaps they should consider opening sites: rateyournewspaper.com and rateyourtanaiste.com?
All in all, I think the rateyoursolicitor.com and crookedlawyer.com sites are a waste of webspace for all the above reasons. Who on earth could condone a posting avocading the throwing of acid in another human being's face? Which they have done by allowing such a posting at all. It is a pity that the people who run them have allowed it to sink into the cess pits they have become because I'm sure there are people with genuine complaints who had hoped it was a way to air concerns, and these people I'm sure, would not want to be part of the band of nasty people who run/post there.

MADGE FRIEL, DECEASED

Mrs. Madge Friel was a delightful lady who lived alone in her family home in Termon, County Donegal, a small rural community. Her husband had predeceased her and her late brother Anton lived with her until his death in 1985.

My husband was first contacted by the Garda (police) sergeant in her area and asked to call with Mrs. Friel in her home as she needed some advice. He subsequently visited Mrs. Friel and as a result Mrs. Friel became a client of our office.

Following an injury at her home, she was admitted to the 'Lagan Valley' nursing home in Ballindrait, County Donegal, as a long time resident due to the fact that her nephews, nieces and closest next of kin were all resident in the U.S.A. We became acquainted with her niece, Mrs. Helen McCoy and her husband Thomas McCoy who we understand travelled to Ireland on a regular basis to visit Mrs. Friel and during one of their visits to Ireland, Mrs. Friel indicated through Mr. and Mrs. McCoy that she wanted to make her Will.My husband, Sean, attended with Mrs. Friel and took her instructions. At Mrs. Friel's request, myself and my husband were named as Executors of her Will simply because she had no-one in Ireland she could entrust with this obligation. NOTE: You can read the Will at the end of this post.

As we understood that this was important to Mrs. Friel, we took the time out to visit her at the nursing home on the 28th of December 1994 during our Christmas closed period. We had prepared the Will in accordance with Mrs. Friel's instructions and arrived at the nursing home for her signature.

On arrival, we were met by Mrs. Violet Ayton, owner of the Lagan Valley nursing home, who was aware of our intended visit and the nature of it. Mrs. Ayton handed me a piece of paper, telling us that Mrs. Friel wished to add the people named on the piece of paper to her Will. Hence a hand written Codicil had to be written on the day to annex her Will to include the persons on the list, one of whom was Violet Ayton herself. Hence, a handwritten Codicil was prepared on the day in order to deal with these additional beneficiaries and it was signed and witnessed at the same time, and in conjunction with, the Will prepared on the previous instructions, which Will and Codicil were clearly and slowly read over to Mrs. Friel before she signed these. Her signature was then witnessed by myself and my husband, both present at the same time and in her presence.

It is a STRICT rule of law in Ireland that NO witness to a Will can benefit from that Will.
Mrs. Friel had also executed a Power of Attorney in favour of my husband, Sean McGlynn, in order that he could make the necessary arrangements with the Ulster Bank, Letterkenny, for payment of the fees which had to be paid for her upkeep in the Lagan Valley nursing home in addition to the pension she was receiving, which pension was paid directly to the Lagan Valley nursing home. No monies, other than those paid to the Lagan Valley nursing home were withdrawn from Mrs. Friel's bank accounts.

Mrs. Friel, although fully lucid and capable at the time of the making of her Will, a fact verified by a letter from her attending Doctor, eventually began to suffer from dementia. Payments were still being made on foot of a standing order from her current account but these funds eventually became depleted. She did have another account which was not accessible on demand and required notice and documentation to be executed by, or on behalf of Mrs. Friel. Because of the fact that she was now incapable of managing her own affairs, the Power of Attorney which she had executed was now of no legal effect and therefore the bank would not accept either the signature of Mrs. Friel or Sean McGlynn to release these funds. Payments to the Lagan Valley nursing home therefore ceased but on the basis of an assurance from Helen McCoy (niece of Mrs. Friel) that any fees due would be paid, Mrs. Ayton, to her credit, agreed to await payment.

In her Will Mrs. Friel had sought to benefit, among others, her first cousin Mr. Anton Gallagher, who resided at Ballindrait (in the vicinity of the Lagan Valley nursing home), by leaving him one of her farms in Termon and had left her other farms in Termon to various other relatives and her good and helpful friend, Dan O'Donnell a long standing neighbour of hers.

Her cousin, Mr. Anton Gallagher, died on the 4th of March 2001 approximately 3 weeks before Mrs. Friel. Under the terms of the law of succession in Ireland, a person named as a beneficiary who predeceases the person making the Will does not benefit as a result and that gift or benefit must then be distributed among the persons entitled to the residue of the estate. The executors of the Will MUST follow this rule and are obliged to so do in their role as executors.

On the death of Mrs. Friel my husband contacted the nieces and nephews of Mrs. Friel, all of whom were beneficiaries of the residue of her estate, furnishing them with a copy of her Will and also (although he was not obliged to do so) wrote to the widow of Mr. Anton Gallagher out of respect and courtesy to inform her that Mrs. Friel had intended to benefit her late husband but that due to the fact that he predeceased Mrs. Friel, the gift was void.

Correspondence was received from the solicitor for Mrs. Anton Gallagher asking if there was any way in which she could take her husbands intended benefit. But as there were several nephews and nieces entitled to the residue of the estate, this would only be possible if they were all agreeable to surrender their interests in favour of Mrs. Gallagher. It immediately became apparent to my husband, Sean McGlynn, that a number of the said nephews and nieces were not prepared to do this and so he had to proceed on the basis that this farm, or land, would have to be sold and the proceeds divided among all of the nephews and nieces.

After a short period of correspondence with the solicitors for Mrs. Anton Gallagher nothing further occured and the matters proceeded in the normal way on the basis that the residue would be divided among the nephews and nieces.

It was not until some 2 or 3 years later when the administration of the estate was being finalised, involving the proposed sale of that land that we first informed that a claim was being made by Daniel Gallagher and his wife Elva Gallagher of Craigadoes, St. Johnston, County Donegal, that they had some entitlement to this land. It was not clear as to how they purported to have an entitlement to the land, was it simply on the basis that Mrs. Friel had intended to benefit Mr. Gallagher's father? Or was there some other basis on which they thought they were entitled to this land?

At any rate, a solicitor from Donegal wrote on behalf of Daniel Gallagher and his brother objecting to the sale of the land and was invited to support their objections on a legal basis. Which they did not. But because of the objection, our office informed the said solicitor that if his clients did not withdraw the objections that Court proceedings would have to issue to determine whether or not these objections were valid. No response was received. As a consequence, my husband and I issued the necessary proceedings in order to have the question determined.

It was then that correspondence was received from a third firm of solicitors, this time in County Mayo, representing Daniel Gallagher and his brother.

The case was eventually brought to court before Judge John O'Hagan on the 9th of May 2006 when Daniel Gallagher, his wife Elva Gallagher, and his brother were all present and were entitled to, and allowed to address the court. Mr. Daniel Gallagher's brother, who had already indicated at an early stage that he was not contesting the matter, was released from all proceedings and all liability for costs. However, Mr. Daniel Gallagher, but more particularly his wife, Mrs. Elva Gallagher (who is not related to Mrs. Friel) prevaricated at length, but no avail, on behalf of her husband and herself (although she was not named as a party to the proceedings).

His Honour Judge O'Hagan, having read and understanding the facts of the matter, made his judgement in accordance with the law as he is bound to do, dismissed the unfounded and unsubstantiated claims of the defendant, Mr. Daniel Gallagher, and granted and order in favour of the plaintiffs (myself and my husband), allowing them to proceed to administer the estate of the late Mrs. Friel in accordance with her Will and the law.

As was indicated by Mrs. Elva Gallagher on behalf of her husband Daniel Gallagher, an appeal was lodged with the High Court in Dublin. Without going into fine detail, the appeal was eventually listed before His Honour Justice Edwards in the High Court when Mrs. Elva Gallagher appearing for her husband but without her husband, and accompanied by Mr. John Gill and the Victims of the Legal Profession (about a dozen in number) handed in to His Honour Justice Edwards a plethora of paperwork which His Honour Justice Edwards agreed to receive and read and give his judgement in the month of October 2007. This was in July 2007.

His Honour Justice Edwards delivered his considered and lengthy judgement (which was also committed to writing) on the 8th of October 2007. His Honour Justice Edwards not only furnished each party with a copy of the said judgement but also took the time read his judgement in it's entirety to the Court, which is not only attend by the parties to the action but all other persons who are involved in any matters on that day. His Honour Justice Edwards provided both parties (Sean McGlynn and Elva Gallagher) with his judgement and the formal order was issued thereafter to both parties.

Daniel Gallagher and his wife Elva Gallagher (his representative) refused to accept that His Honour Judge Edwards actually made an order, espousing since that he merely gave an opinion.

The fact is, we have an order of Mr. Justice Edwards dated the 8th of October 2007 which says otherwise, and to quote:

"IT IS ORDERED that:

1. The said appeal herein be and is hereby refused.

2. The said Order of the Circuit Court be and is hereby affirmed.

3. The Plaintiffs do recover as against the Defendants the costs of this Appeal when taxed and ascertained.

Mr. Justice Edwards accepted and read all of the documentation both of the Plaintiffs, Sean and Catherine McGlynn, and the plethora of documentation presented to him by Mrs. Elva Gallagher (assisted by Mr. John Gill) on behalf of her husband Daniel Gallagher and made his decision on a totally informed basis.

Yet. Mrs. Elva Gallagher on behalf of her husband does not accept that an Order was made by High Court.

Despite the Orders of Judge O'Hagan and Mr. Justice Edwards Mr/s Gallagher continue to occupy the land by having cattle on the land and having a lock and chain on the gate.

Tuesday 11th November 2008

Mr. Daniel Gallagher was brought before His Honour Judge O'Hagan on foot of an Order made by Judge O'Hagan in the Circuit Court sitting at Cavan town on the 14th of October 2008 (when Mr. Gallagher did not appear) to give an account of himself as to why he would not obey an Order of this Honourable Court made on the 9th of May 2006 and affirmed by the High Court of the 8th of October 2007.

Mr. Gallagher chose not to come to the court voluntarily although his wife, Mrs. Elva Gallagher, was there at an early hour. Mr. Gallagher waited for the Gardai acting on foot of the Order of His Honour Judge O'Hagan to bring him to the court and was duly brought to the court by the Gardai.

When the case was called Mrs. Elva Gallagher as usual espoused her mantra of "fraud", "deception" and so on but with no logical explanation or argument to back her mantra up. Mr. Gallagher when asked a question by His Honour Judge O'Hagan had this to say: "My wife represents me.". Even though he was the one going to jail. His Honour Judge O'Hagan alluded to a certain website on which his name had been placed in conjuction with this case and his name mentioned in the most insidious manner and although he did not put the blame on Mr. and Mrs. Gallagher he was acutely aware of the fact of the association of Mr/s Gallagher with the persons responsible for this website.

Judge O'Hagan found Mr. Gallagher to be in contempt of his Order and ordered that Mr. Gallagher be committed to prison and remain there until Tuesday next 18th November unless he "purge his contempt" (complies with the Order by removing his cattle and vacating the lands). He is to be brought before the Court in Carrick on Shannon on Tuesday next 18th November when if he does not purge his contempt Judge O'Hagan may sentence him to a further term in prison or impose a daily fine which will continue until the Order is complied with.

While all of this is going on the beneficiaries in the U.S.A. are being deprived of the balance of their entitlement and inheritance. They have received their respective shares of the monies left by Mrs. Friel a considerable time ago but they have had an extracted wait for their share of the proceeds of the sale of the land concerned the sale of which has been agreed but cannot complete due to the actions of Mr/s Gallagher.

Here is the Will of the late Mrs. Friel. This Will is no longer a confidential document as the maker is deceased and the Will has been probabated and therefore is a document of public record.

Circuit Court sitting in Carrick-on-Shannon, Co Leitrim

As per the Order of Judge O'Hagan on the 11th of this month, Daniel Gallagher was brought before Judge O'Hagan sitting at Carrick-on-Shannon this morning, having spent the previous seven days in prison. Niall O'Neill, Barrister for Sean and Catherine McGlynn indicated that the lands were still not vacated as per the Order of the Court and that there still remained a chain and lock on the gate as put there by Mr. Gallagher. This was not disputed by Mr. Gallagher or his wife Elva Gallagher nor their companion John Gill of the VPLS.

Nothing having been put forward by or on behalf of Mr. Gallagher, Judge O'Hagan after indicating that he had considered the matter for the past week, decided to release Mr. Gallagher from custody but imposed a fine of €50 PER DAY for as long as he continues to be in contempt of the Order made by Judge O'Hagan on the 9th of May 2006. These fines will accumulate day by day. Judge O'Hagan indicated that he would review the matter in 3 months if Mr. Gallagher has still failed to comply and that Sean and Catherine McGlynn be at liberty to bring a further Motion for Attachment and Committal if necessary.

The daily fine of €50 is a fine payable to the State and does not in any way benefit the beneficiaries of the late Madge Friel. If the fines are not paid, it will be a matter for the Court to arrange for collection of same. By our calculations, at the end of 3 months the fine will total approximately €4,500.

On a further Application by Sean and Catherine McGlynn for Attachment and Committal, Judge O'Hagan has the power to commit Mr. Gallagher to prison again or to continue this fine, or such other fine as he decides, for a further period, and indeed, indefinately.

However, my husband and I are considering alternative or other options in order to complete the sale of the lands and the administration of the estate.
